Turmeric and Ginger

Join Sue Morris from 10 am - 4 pm as she talks about anti-inflammatory herbs and how to use them in our day to day lives. We will also learn how to raise ginger and preserve it in different ways.

Following an in-depth discussion about herbs, we will make several anti-inflammatory “concoctions” such as fire cider, vinegars, infused oils, salves and golden milk.

Herbal Tea Mixes

Join Sue Morris from 1 - 4 pm to learn about how to mix tea blends for specific health needs. Sue will share different recipes with us and
we will make several tea blends to take home.

Please bring several empty pint jars to take home some of the tea blends made during this session.

Cost: $30 for members and $35 non-members
