Our dear friend and guild vice president, Janet Dalberto, passed on Sept 15.

Visitation hours are 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, Sept. 22nd at the Mayo Funeral Home, 110 Chestnut St., Berwick.

A 2nd visitation is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 23rd at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 721 Monroe St., Berwick from 10-11 am followed by a funeral Mass at 11 am.

FROM THE V.P.:  Welcome new members. And thank you to all the returning members, who make the Herb Guild such a great group.

We are trying to make the regular meetings better by starting on time [promptly] at 6:30 p.m. Having the featured presenters on first with time for questions, we are trying to keep the business, events, announcements, committee information, and herb studies focused so we can have our light refreshments and be home earlier than in the past.
.
Hostesses arrive early to set up for the meeting, prep food and serve refreshments. After the meeting, hostesses clean up the meeting room and kitchen area. 
.
Herb Study presenters, please use the guide sheet to make presentations succinct and five minutes in length.
.
There is a list of current Committee members and chairs, but members are always welcome and encouraged to join anytime during the year. The 2022 yearbook and this website have descriptions of the committee duties. 
.
Thanks especially to everyone who has volunteered for "extras" outside the meetings; we are looking forward to another great year.
