Spelt Energy Cookies

400 g. spelt flour, 2 gr. butter, 15 gr. unrefined sugar, 2 eggs, dash of salt, 20 gr. cinnamon, 5 gr. cloves, sweet almonds

Dust a working surface with flour and distribute the butter in little pieces. Add all remaining ingredients, knead together quickly and chill for 30 minutes. roll out dough to a thickness of about 2-3 mm and cut out cookies. place on a cookie sheet and bake at 180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes.
